1. Scope of Agreement
These Terms of Gallery Sales govern the procurement, print fabrication, customization, and final delivery of limited-edition canvas prints and handcrafted frame assemblies ordered online or by direct wire invoice via editionscanvaxe.com.
By executing an order through our interface, you enter into a binding agreement with EDITIONS CANVAXE // ART PRINT STUDIO, registered and operating out of Mikkeli, South Savo, Finland.
2. Quality & Custom Framing Guarantees
All canvas prints utilize certified premium-grade materials, ranging from pure flax linen canvases to rich heavyweight cotton blends. Because our frames are manufactured using sustainable slow-grown Finnish pine and custom solid woods (oak, walnut, and birch), natural variation in grain and hue is expected and celebrated as a proof of quality.
3. Production Lead Times & Shipping
Because each order is custom printed, allowed to properly cure, hand-stretched, and mounted within its frame by a master artisan, production times typically run 5 to 10 working days from order confirmation.
Shipments across Europe are dispatched via carbon-neutral freight and tracked courier services. All custom shipments are fully insured. Unframed, rolled canvas prints are packaged within thick heavy-duty fiber tubes to completely eliminate transit damage risk.
4. Authenticity & Limited Print Integrity
Limited series collections (e.g., Nordic Wilderness, Monochrome Architecture) are precisely limited to the edition run specified. Once the edition run is complete, the digital print negatives are retired. Every limited print is accompanied by a registered certificate of authenticity which is signed, serialized, and hand-embossed in our Mikkeli studio.
5. Return Policy for Custom-Framed Art
As every item is custom-built to bespoke dimensions and specific framing preferences, our pieces do not qualify for standardized returns under standard consumer guidelines. In the rare event of transit damage or structural framing anomalies, please document the issue photographically and notify us at [email protected] within 48 hours of cargo receipt. We will prioritize fabricating a brand-new replica of your print immediately.
